About Just Breathe

Founded in 2020, Just Breathe focusses on Sports Massage with a specific focus on alleviating muscle tension, inflammation, muscle repair, lactic acid build-up, joint stress and general injury prevention management as well as specializing in relaxation, deep tissue & aromatherapy. We also offer training and wellness programmes, either individual or group sessions are available.

About Jess

Jess, an avid runner, is extremely passionate about preventing and alleviating injury. Jess is qualified in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Relaxation and Aromatherapy massage.  As well as being a qualified Personal Trainer, Jess is committed to assisting clients meet their fitness and wellness goals and making sure that they get the best possible results from her sessions.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is manual manipulation of the muscles geared specifically towards helping people who have physically demanding lifestyles and/or hobbies. This kind of therapeutic massage considers the impact of certain activities on specific joints, muscle groups, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue groups.

Deep Tissue Massage

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy massage is used for a variety of different reasons, including relaxation, pain management, and improved mood. Aromatherapy is often added to a traditional massage session. The massage therapist will add a few drops of selected oil to massage lotion and apply it directly to your skin with the overall purpose being to improve your physical and mental well-being.
